Starting today, I intend to get to bed before 10pm so that I can wake up by 6:30am feeling refreshed. Realistically, I need to set an alarm for 9:30pm to remind me. Let’s see how many days in a row I can keep to this routine.

I accept that I have a problem getting to bed at a reasonable hour and so end up feeling too tired throughout the day.
Now I need the willpower to do something about it!!
Long-term goal: Get to bed my 10pm almost every night. If I can get into this habit I’ll have a more realistic chance of getting up earlier to exercise before breakfast.
Currently this rarely happens. For starters, let’s see how I go this week.
Goal for this week: Get to bed by 10pm at least twice and get up before 6am once to exercise before breakfast.

Persistence
Sounds like reasonable advice.
