My excuse is that it’s coming up to Christmas. But I really need to do something about this and stop making excuses and letting the time slip away in the evenings. Perhaps next week I’ll set an alarm at 10pm as a reminder to start getting ready for bed. We’ll see…

I’m not counting the night before last because when the work function ended I ended up getting agreement from my boss to take the next day off.

Last night I didn’t quite make it to bed by 10:30… because I fell asleep on the couch!

And it’s a work day tomorrow so it’s time to sign off and get ready for bed. I intend to to monitor my progress on this goal for the next five nights and see if I can make it a 100% success rate!

I did get to bed not long after 10:30 last night, but then I started reading and found it hard to put the book down. And I wasn’t game to look at the clock when I did eventually turn out the light.
