No yoga classes for a few weeks now until the last term for the year starts. Whilst in general my body is responding well to the practices, there are some that my lower back is still reluctant to conform to!

I’m starting to notice a marked improvement in my flexibility. There’s still a long way to go but it’s good to feel that if I stick at it my body is going to benefit even more.
After a break due to my trip, I found last night’s yoga class very rewarding. I still feel like I have a long way to go to improve my flexibility but my teacher said she could see an improvement since earlier in the year, so that was encouraging.
It was lovely to get back to yoga this evening after a break between terms. Not much more to say really. I just really enjoyed slowing down, breathing deeply and being guided through a bunch of introductory yoga practices that I am now familiar with.
Another invigorating class this evening. Handled most exercises but found “churning the mill” too difficult. Hopefully, in time, yoga will improve my hamstrings, which a physio once described as the tightest he’d ever seen!
Went to my first yoga class earlier in the week and, whilst I have to admit that my tight hamstrings and dodgy lower back complained at times, felt invigorated by the end. Looking forward to the remaining eight weeks of the term!
Planning to start next month. Looking forward to improving my flexibility and, believe me, there is plenty of scope for improvement!
There’s a Yoga centre ten minutes drive from home. Once I’ve stopped commuting to the city and started working from home I plan to start yoga. Most likely in the new year.
