run a successful business

After a disjointed month, which involved two overseas trips, I need to refocus on my customers…

About half way through my first main project my client has given me excellent feedback. They have indicated that they want me to work on more projects after this one is finished.

And I have another small project that is nearing completion. So I’m happy with the progress of my fledgling consulting business so far!

Started in earnest at the beginning of the year. My first billable project is going well so far but it’s far too early to declare it a success.

Need to set myself some short to intermediate term goals to measure the success of my business.
