Yay

I think I can tick this off my list. I drink a lot of water without thinking now. I don’t get cravings for any other drink. 6-8 glasses a day :)

I know not to drink too much though and stuff. But I think most people could try and cut down on the fizzy drinks and drink good ol’ water.

Well, it’s great. Better skin, better concentration are the main differences for me.

Yay.

Drank 8 glasses :) Yay
Hm don’t really feel much different…just thirstier and…needing to use the toilet more. A lot more. XD
Gonna see if I can keep this up for a month anyway
