Still around 1700 cals a day and my nutrition grade for the last month is a A-! Yay!



It´s working so far. 2 months ago

My mean intake is a little over 1,700 cal daily, with at excercise and walking that seems reasonable (and my kangaroo pouch is disappearing). Plus, knowing that I must only eat so much in a day, I think a lot more about what I really want, what is really worth putting in my mouth.



After 1 week of logging 3 months ago

my food intake on caloriecount.about.com I am both shocked at how much I´m really eating, and at how easy it is to cut out some of these extra calories and make healthier choices. Very good :)

I have completely fallen off the bandwagon, and it shows. 3 months ago
so here we go again!
Breakfast:
  • 1 breakfast bar
  • 1 peach yoghurt
  • 1 apple
    Lunch:
  • cheese sandwich
    Afternoon snacks:
  • 1 portion apple sauce
  • 1 cookie, a big one
  • half a handful of mixed nuts
    Dinner:
  • 1 steak
  • 1 corn on the cob
  • 1 cup green beans with vinaigrette
    Drinks: water, green tea, diet coke, juice


After weeks and weeks 15 months ago

of cafeteria food and ham and cheese sandwiches and muesli I finally tried a new recipe today: spaghetti with courgettes, artichokes, mushrooms, parma ham, chili and lemon. This was so good :-)
I really must try again to cook and eat more inspiring food!!
