sleep progress 2 years ago

recently i helped a coworker who was trying to begin a sleep study. i wore a device that resembles a watch for 5 nights. the results showed that i have around 70% sleep efficiency which is not good. the one night that i’d had half of a (small) bottle of wine with dinner i slept the best – i think it was about 90%. but that makes sense i suppose haha.

since i’ve been in ireland my dreams have been much more vivid but i haven’t been recording what i remember of them at all, which i know helps when trying to lucid dream. i need to decide if it’s worth the effort of doing that every morning on the chance i MIGHT be able to do it…
