i really would like to cut down on sugar because i consume too much as it is.. and i can’t continue to complain about weight gain while not changing my diet.. it’s just so hard sometimes!
i’m taking it one step at a time.. like today i wanted cranberry juice but i realized it said it was from concentrate and so instead i reached for 100% juice apple juice (which i know still has alot of sugar but at least i’m trying to be label conscious).
