learn self-hypnosis

I was certified in this awhile back in my…. I want to do interesting things phase of youth. Learned a few things from my class and reviewed some of my old material to refamilarize myself.

A very good book for those who want to learn is “The wizard within: The Krasner method of hypnotherapy” You can get it online at Amazon or B&N I believe and it was excellent.

As an fyi, for those who think this will get you dates or make you more popular… it really doesn’t. Still it was fun at parties. :-)

Not sure if that meant anything but I did take a class and learn a lot about hypnosis… but more how to do it to others and issues around it. Funny how it is not what people think it is.
