I finally went back to the gym this week. I’m hoping to make this a regular part of my routine so that when I start back to work I’ll be addicted to going. After I went to the gym I felt better… however the next morning my calfs burned so bad when I got out of bed. I’m glad I went and look forward to feeling better about myself and looking better as well.
