I’ve wanted to do this but just never have. The price of the shots have greatly increased over the years but it would still be fun. To go the really cheap route you could always take some silly photos with your friends in front of the living room curtains with your digital camera and then turn it to grayscale and then photoshop them into the look of the strips. :)
