It’s not a good idea for people in southern california to spend time outside right now. Very poor air quality for the last couple of days.

I have recess duty once a week for twenty minutes, this is totally great for this goal. Another bonus is that I get to breath in the fresh air OUTSIDE of the classroom. :)

spent some time outside on the hammock in the backyard. Not exactly productive but it was pretty relaxing when the dog wasn’t bothering me. The sky was lovely and it felt good to be outdoors. I even took my book out there to read for a bit.
