I have not eaten in a restaurant in 3 whole days! Not even an ice cream cone! I am really doing well. It’s truly been more about saving money than my health, so the lack of fast food in my body is a side effect of me trying to spend less. For once a side effect that is positive.

I am doing terrible with this one. I tried to eat lunch at home today. I fixed a grilled cheese and I was starving a couple of hours later. I then fixed 2 hot dogs and ate them (no buns). I felt like the Very Hungry Caterpillar because not long after, I was still hungry. Finally, at 430, I went to KFC and got some food and then I finally felt full. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with me. I have got to get the eating under control for so many reasons.
I have eaten dinner at home the past two days in a row. I have also brought my lunch to work the past two days as well. This should be a conscience effort not only concerning the healthiness of the foods I eat, but also the money I can save by not eating out.
I really need to stop eating so much fast food. I am well aware as to how bad it is for me. It’s just that when I’m hungry, I don’t feel like dealing with fixing something. It’s so much easier to just drive thru. I know I could fix a baked potato at home for 1/20th the cost of one at a restaurant, but I don’t think about it an hour before I’m hungry or I’m not at home an hour before I’m hungry to fix one. Also, I usually cant think of something at home I want. It’s like I do this for a while, and then I get back into my old habits of eating out every meal and it’s all down hill from there. I am truly going to try to work on this one.
