I am going to try to make it to the yoga class at the UU church this Wednesday. I did buy myself a yoga mat at Walmart, so I suppose that was baby step one to this goal.

The UU church I have been attending has Yoga classes. I am just a little shy about attending. My flexibility sucks and I am intimidated about joining a class. I have never been to a yoga class before. I have a yoga exercise tape and I have tried to do it alone at home, but that’s not the same as going to a class. I’m going to have to cowboy up and give it a try.
