happening these days. One of those things I REALLY need to make a priority, I know, however, it’s so easy to shove it to the side. Gotta make myself feel guilty enough to get going.

I went to the Y today and walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. It’s not much, but it’s better than nothing.
I have gone to the gym 2 days this week. I really hate exercising, but I hate being fat and jiggly even worse. I am going to continue making an effort to establish a routine.
Joined the YMCA yesterday. I am going to try to go at least 5 days a week. Worked out yesterday for the first time since March of ‘06! It felt pretty good.
