i still haven’t started my pilates again. i need to. i realized i have 4 months till i turn 30, and i want to be tone by then. I can do it! just need to get off the computer and do it!:D Also, I’m at 50.5 lbs lost, which puts me at 150.5. HURRAY!!!!!!!!! size 10 jeans, and medium shirts, instead of x-large and almost out of 18size pants. ugh! that was horrible, and will never go back there again!:D yay me!:D

I’ve since the last time I wrote, lost another 18lbs. Crazy! I can’t believe it’s been this long since I’ve written on this goal.
I still haven’t done my walking routine. But since I’ve lost around 48lbs now, and it’s almost been a year since my journey began, I am more active with my girls. I started work last month, so I keep moving while working, and that helps too. My arms have finally began to tone up some, because of work. I went out dancing last night, I need to do that more often, it works all those muscles I need work on.
I’ve decided that since I’ll have some free time in the mornings now, I’m going to start my pilates routine again. Half an hour every morning, except weekends, or who knows… I haven’t decided yet. I may do it everyday. I just want to tone up the muscles and skin, since I’ve lost that much weight. Lose some of the flab that’s still there, that won’t go bye bye since it’s just extra skin now…
I’m loving life now, and much happier with myself since I’ve lost the weight. I’m more confident now too. I am finally enjoying life, in my own skin.
it’s good, since I’ve dropped off the planet when it comes to walking. I want to tone up my thighs, abs, and arms. I want to do pilates everyday for a month, and see what I look like at the end of the month. :D I’ve lost in my waist alone, since last may, 12 inches. haha! I’m so stoked! :D well, have a great day! I walked 4 days this week, 4 miles a day. It was pretty good. I Worked out in the yard most of the week too, I think. lol! I am actually taking a lunch break at the moment, but have been outside for the last few hours working on planting boxwoods. I figure that’s good exercise. I feel like my thighs are getting some tonage to them. it’s a great feeling. haha! Well, have a great weekend everyone! I am!
I’ve been making it a point to walk on my treadmill at least 3 days a week, 3 miles a day. Now, I upped it this week, and now as of today, I have already walked this week 12 miles. I also have been working out in the yard a ton. Shoveling dirt, kicking out a fence, and planting in boxwood hedges. It’s been a lot of hard work. Now I am tired, but today I’ll be out in the yard again for a bit, digging out grass clumps and weeding from where I’m putting in the hedge. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s fun. Later I am going to try to do some pilates too. I’ve noticed My thighs starting to get definition, very slowly, but it will be worth it in the end. hurray! and I have also noticed I don’t have love handles like I used to, lol! have a great day everyone, I know I am! hurray!
I haven’t been able to walk as much. Just haven’t made the time really. I did walk my three miles yesterday, and it paid off! I weighed in less than I have for the whole month! hurray! :D Not much else going on. I think I’m losing inches too! hurray!
I finally started an exercise regimen. My friend who lives in texas, calls me daily, while she’s walking her three miles she does on her treadmill. I decided I needed to get off my butt and start walking on my treadmill, right along with her. So I walked 2 and a 1/4 miles yesterday, and did some situps last night before bed. I only did around 15, but that’s a start. I’m hoping to work it out to be 100 at least a day, and walking around 3miles a day at least, and also do some pilates if possible. I want to work out everyday, except thursday and sundays. Today I’m going to work out, because I just started this yesterday, but starting next thursday, I won’t be working out on thursdays. I feel it’s important to give your muscles a break a couple of times a week. It’s easier, now having someone to do that with, even though they live over a thousand miles from me. :D Thank god for phones! lol! I gained a lb and a half, but that’s okay, cause you gain a little when you start exercising.
fun fun fun! lol! I did half an hour yesterday. I’ve been trying to do them more too. Especially last week, when there was so much snow outside, we couldn’t go for a walk everyday, like usual. I did at least 20 minutes of pilates 3 times a week, the last couple of weeks, and I did 30minutes yesterday. I have noticed in my knees of all places, just above them, that muscle you see on models, lol, when they walk the runway, I actually have that muscle showing up on my legs, lol! hahaha! Who knew, I possessed that muscle! hahahah! I know, funny, but seriously, I don’t know why, but when I was younger, I didn’t understand fully what exercise did. I knew that it was good for you, and made you healthy, but I had no real clue, about what it actually did for you.
I am learning things about exercising, that I was oblivious to. Like, I don’t know why, I must have been so stupid when I was younger, and my eyes are just opening or something, lol! I am learning that my body can and will change with the aid of exercise. I’m learning that the abs that a girl I knew in high school, had them because she worked at them daily, and now I will in the future, have them too, lol! I’m learning my legs won’t always be fat! I’m learning my butt, won’t always be this shape, like I thought it was, I never realized with exercise you can change the way your body looks. I always hated my butt and thighs. I liked my waist, but it had no definition. Now, with my pilates and walking that I do, I will and am finally seeing changes in all my flaws that I had growing up. If I had known then what I am realizing now, 10 years later, I wouldn’t have been so self concious about my body. I wonder if girls in high school are feeling that way about their bodies and don’t realize it either. That with exercise they can change their flaws into assets, lol! If not, you can, it just takes time, it doesn’t happen overnight. And eat healthy too, that’s how I’ve been losing all my weight. For the last 2 months, I’ve lost 17lbs. There have been ups and downs, but I feel healthier, and I lost weight in the first month not even working out really. Just by eating healthy foods. And I learned a lot about the food I was putting into my mouth. Things I thought were healthy, were full of sugar. And bad fats. I learned about good fats, and that you need to have those in your body to be healthy. I learned that having more fiber and protein, is good, and that you should have carbohydrates in your body too, but but high fiber is very important. I learned a ton. I just wanted to share what I’ve learned in case other kids are feeling the same feelings I did in high school. Sure I’m older now, but it takes experience to have knowledge about things, right!
There you go. Things you want and need don’t come fast, slower is better, I know, with the fast pace world, it’s hard to believe and agree with that, but it’s the truth.

Nothing tastes or feels as good as eating healthy, exercising regularly, and being skinny, but of course, not in a bad way. Skinny isn’t always the same for everyone! Some skinny, is just a healthy body weight, with muscle, not fat. So there you go! :D
did pilates on sunday and monday, going to do more today. I did 20 minutes both sunday and monday, going to do 10 today. It feels good to get back to working out! hurray!
a half a pound gone. I had a hard time this week, making good food for me to eat. I should have been having salads for lunch, but I didn’t. I kept eating sandwiches on these really good and healthy hot dog buns. I was eating way too much peanut butter too. I didn’t eat any fruits this week. I have a ton of apples I need to be eating. I stopped making breakfast in the morning, cause I was too lazy, and didn’t want to do dishes. I need to get those done today, and keep up on them, so that I have no excuses to make good food. I am down 15.5 lbs, finally broke the 186 mark, and now at 185.5 . Finally! hurray! I’ll take a half a pound lost any day, lol, cause it means I didn’t gain any of it back, lol! Well, keep up the good work everyone! I have also been back to walking all week, and giving my daughter who’s 30+lbs a piggy back most of those days, almost a mile a day. I figure that’s pretty good, lol! Keep up the good work everyone!
