I was writing this earlier, and forgot, got busy with something else, go figure. Anyways, I was writing that just after the new year was the last time I wrote on this goal. I weighed myself yesterday morning, and was 141.5. I am 1.5 lbs from my goal, and .5 lbs from this goal. I wanted to get to 140. I’m happy where I’m at right now, so it’s okay that I’ve yo-yo’ed for the last 6 weeks between 140.5 and 144. I’m right there, and I know I am, and am okay with it. I’m considering this goal done. Thank you all! IT IS SO WORTH IT!:D Now on to getting toned. That’s my goal for this year!:D Good luck everyone!:D

I’m down 58lbs now. 2 to go for this challenge, 3 to get to my goal. I’m at 143 now. hurray!:D
puts me at 145.5lbs and that’s 55.5 lbs lost! hurray!:D just 5.5 lbs to get to my goal! I never thought I would be this close to this goal, only a little over a year later! it’s such a daunting task when you first start out, but it so so definately worth it!!!!!
I woke up this morning, and just couldn’t wake up, so I ended up sleeping another 4 hours. So, at noon, I got up, and checked how much I weighed, and damn, if it wasn’t at 146! hurray!!!!! that’s 55lbs lost! another 6 lbs and I’m done with this goal!!!!!! It’s been just over a year!:D Now, All I have to do, is work on my other goal of getting in shape, lol! I know I’m skinny, but it doesn’t look like it in the mirror so much, cause it’s not toned. But I’ll get there. I know I will. This, losing weight, was half the battle. It’s about time I got started on the other half, lol! have a great day everyone, and a merry xmas!:D
I’m now down to 148, which puts it at 53 lbs lost!:D hurray!:D I have 8 lbs to go to get to 61lbs lost, which was my original goal when I started this journey. I’m shooting for 135 now, but not stressing it. I’ll be happy to be back to 140. YAY ME!!!!
I weighed in yesterday morning, after having a rare donut, and was at 149.5. Then I weighed again, because the first time on the scale is never correct, usually, i mean, and it was 150.5. Well, today, was the same. I was 150.5. So, now I’m at 50.5 lbs lost!:D hurray!:D just 10.5 lbs to go!:D yay!
I met 50 lbs lost the day after thanksgiving. I was so stoked! I of course gained and lost over the last week and a half, 3 lbs, so now I’m back to 50 lbs lost, but now, I’m at 50.5 lbs lost as of this morning!:D I’m getting there! 10.5 lbs to go! hurray! It’s been a long year of discipline, teaching myself, that quick isn’t always best, and now because I know how and what to eat, it’s easier to keep off. I’m not yoyoing as bad as before. When I do yo yo, it’s only a lb or two. I’m doing good, very confident in myself. Good luck to everyone else! Now the only thing I need to get off my butt to do is my pilates again, because in 4 months, I’m going to be thirty, and I want to have my body be tone too. I’ve disciplined myself enough with the food, now i just need to discipline myself with the exercise! :D
152 again today, which is 49 lbs lost. Just 1 lb to get to 50lbs. I can do it!! I want to do it by friday….We’ll see. love to all! happy turkey day!:D
That I’ve been on this diet. It’s been a fabulous year! I am a half a pound up from my lowest, but that’s okay. It’s still close to 50lbs lost! I’m at 152.5 today. And I’m good with that, considering my body mass index is in the normal range instead of obese range. And that I’m in a size 10 pants, and med-large shirt, instead of almost out of 18’s and xlarge clothing. It’s been a very long year, but so worth it. Have a happy thanksgiving everyone!
