He’s an author “outliers” I havent read it yet, but heard him on the radio, he says 10 000 hours to master something and now I kinda wanna see how long it would take me to rack up 10 000 hours of painting. I started painting about 10 years ago and I’m sure I haven’t done 10000 yet because I took my first art class when my son was 3 months old and my daughter just a year older, I didn’t have much painting time, and it was still just a fascinating new skill, not the focus of my life the way it is now becoming. But still!! I’d say there’s no way I’m past having painted 5000 hours. Therefore, I gotta get painting. And I am going to post my hours in here.
