sleep through the night for an entire week

I hope this means it’s official, that our son is sleeping through the night.

I feel like I’ve aged 10 years in the last 11 months.

For the first time in months, Liam slept through the night. Thea, on the other hand, had nightmares and was in and out of our bed for two hours after midnight.

The funny thing is, after the rare nights when we do get to sleep through the entire night, we wake up feeling groggy and weird. It’s like our bodies have adjusted and no longer need a decent 8 hours and even rebel against it.
