I'm not in a big hurry, but 3 years ago

I’m also tired of renting. We’ve lived in the same place for 4 1/2 years and there’s almost no incentive (or responsibility) to do home improvements. Sometimes I drag home furniture from our local Freecycle patrons – that’s about it.
