It’s all about shopping for the right stuff. Have to plan healthy snacks & meals so not to get drawn into eating badly. More fresh soup & fruit. Less bread/toast. Less sugar (cut out eating breakfast cereals throughout the day) and start drinking fruit juice & water instead of tea. The main thing is to only eat when you’re hungry – stop gorging!!
