i’ve been getting up at 6 everyday this week with a purpose.
i bought a couple of bento boxes, and i’ve been making lunches for my boyfriend and myself while he’s in the shower each morning.
by the time i’m done with that, i’m awake and going, so i don’t bother going back to bed.
i can’t say it’s helping with my insomnia at all, but at least i’m getting up.
i can’t wait for the weekend, though.

i have insomnia, so i don’t sleep until 3 each night.
this plan is going to kill me.

i read an article on how if you wake up at the same time everyday you’ll feel more refreshed and less tired throughout the day.
it talked about how if you sleep in on weekends it messes up your inner schedule and that’s part of why people are so tired on mondays.
it says you can take naps during the day and that’s fine as long as you get up at the same time each day.
my boyfriend started doing this, and he’s been feeling great.
i have a harder time getting up in the morning because i have a harder time falling asleep.
i’m an insomniac.
part of me thinks if i can get up a 6 every morning it might help me get to sleep better each night, but i’m having the hardest time of it.
i’ve got to figure this out.
