Twice last week 2 years ago

I only did pilates twice last week because i’m getting sick and have been moping around miserably… i called in sick to work today and i tried my best not to waste the day and be productive but i was so sleepy!! I did find both times that I’m getting better at it, but I still can’t master that crazy sisscor shit and have to switch to the modified versions every once in a while.



Starting with Pilates 2 years ago

I’ve got a Windsor Pilates DVD at home with a 20 minute workout:- and I really don’t think that it’s too much to ask! I’m trying to go for a walk at least three times a week and that happens of a night so this week I’m going to try to do Pilates in the mornings. I generally don’t have my shit together in the mornings and I did do it tonight … but let’s see how things go tomorrow morning!
