help out more around the house

My mom really does deserve some help ,and I have to admit that I could be doing a lot more. I’m thinking some laundry, help with food when she wants it, etc. Little things. I’m just afraid to take too much responsibility, because then my parents will lose all of their responsibility again—yes, it’s happened before. I need to be very clear when I draw the line between parents and children: helping out around the house and running the house.
