i completely pigged out yesterday and today. doughnuts and cupcakes. oink

I should never even buy the stuff because i just eat the entire pint. Tomorrow I have to eat doughnuts or cupcakes so that’ll be 2 bad days.
No junk food – i’m going to fold this into “eat healthy” along with “stop eating late at night” at the end of the month if i get a handle on them both.
Saturday, i had a pint of haagen daz frozen vanilla yogurt and 2 brownies
I almost gave in. I even had a junk food menu all set up in my head and then i saw i was only 6 days logged even though it felt like a hundred already. blerk.
But I sure am overcompensating for it by overeating especially at night. I think i need to come up with a new thing.
It’s those darn conference room goodies that get me. I had a muffin – every bit as fattening for you as a doughnut. As bad is eating at night. Merr. One thing at a time.
I went to the gym and no junk food despite the fact that i’m surrounded by cookies. yay me!
