tell my family how much they mean to me

i was at my dads fot a few hours today. when he was out hanging the washing, i went to look out of the window when i found something about “building your self confidence” (it must have been a excersize he had to do with patients as he works with mentally ill people) and it had questions and phrases where you had to fill in the blanks. the questions that i looked over really made me happy, as some of them were “i think that i am a good _” and he filled the blank in with “dad”. there was another question that said “ loves me!” and he put “my children and mum”. and another one was something to do about weekends off and spending time with me and my brother. reading that really made me feel happy inside.

not too long ago i told her how much my mum meant to me. it was a lovely feeling. i felt really terrible one day so i stayed in all day and decided to make her something because i felt like i haven’t been as nice to her as i should of. i made this photo frame with a verse from the good charlotte song “always and forever” because joel and benji dedicated that song to their mum, so i did the same. i put a small picture of me and her in the bottom of it then wrapped it up. i gave it to her when she was in her bed and we had a cry and everything. i felt so much better after i did it. it’s a good feeling.
