brew my own beer

Over the summer my roommate and I have produced around a dozen different beers. We started out with the basic canned kits and have moved onto trying more advanced techniques like using liquid yeast, liquid wort and flavouring with grains. We always have two or three batches on the go and demand is always exceeding supply! Along with our ongoing experimentation we are starting to learn about all grain brewing as a next step!

This is something I’ve been wanting to do for years now, but never really had a good space to do it. Now that I have my own house I should have a spot to store everything, but the renovations I’ve been doing make space tight everywhere. Once the renovations are complete, this will be one of the first things I do!
