shape sucks, fingers lack, even my confy shoes hurt but I managed to do couple of easy things without hurting my shoulder
Let’s hope tomorrow I don’t wake up to find out I have injured it again

seems that I pulled a little nasty muscle in my shoulder.
I start a treatment should be over in a week or so, then hopefully recover should come more fast
here the good season is already starting and I hate thinking I might loose it
Last w-e have tried and shoulder still out of order, moreover fingers and feet are getting weaker for the lack of exercise.
I feel i would like to write down some bad words…
I overtrained a couple of month ago and my shoulder just didn’t like it. So I have stopped the training for a whole month, but when I was back to the wall 2h of training and there the shoulder was hurting again. That was last week, Yesterday I went to a surfing lesson, and guess what: shoulder is hurting again. Now, that I got time, that I have wall near, I must stay put! I hate this!
