started up again 7 months ago

doing crunches 3 times a week under instruction. ( early morning classes from hell :) ). Need to start doing these at home as well. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh to be perfect!

125 crunches, was hoping to do more. Weekly total is 355.



last night 18 months ago

75 crunches…... I was feeling a bit tiiiiiiiiiiiiired! Total for the week so far 230, had better pick up the pace today. !



Monday 19 months ago

last night I started another week of 1000 crunches. Did 155. Unfortunately it doesn’t matter how many crunches one does…... they will definitely give me a stronger core but I have to attack the fat on top of that presumed six pack. Need to address my diet I think, either that or start running more.



the end of the week 19 months ago

well…..... did NOT make my quota. But do you know what? I am actually sort of okay with that. My total for the week was 670. But that is an amazing start. ( yeah right ). This week , which starts tomorrow, I am going to do 1000 crunches!

100 more just done….. I am feeling a bit obsessed. Up to 670 now for the week. I can do this.



150 19 months ago

just did 150 crunches, going to try for another 150 a bit later. Up to 570 for the week so far with just over a day to go. @£$% !
