learn about my past lives

Recently they showed another show about reincarnation on TV, and we watched it of course. Luckily I could find out the name of the woman who helped the people in the show remember their past lives—these people later went to the places they remembered and searched for evidence that what they have seen is real (let me put it this way : They weren’t disappointed at all).

I wondered whether I would like to see these places after having had this done. I am probably scared of my own emotions once again.

To get back to the subject, I of course am fighting with myself about sending her an e-mail or not. I don’t know if I am courageous enough, whatsoever. My sister was like, “Come on, we should get this done!”, which I admire about her. It would probably be a life changing experience.

Ever since I have heard that there are methods of making you remember your past lives, I wanted to remember mine, too. I have no doubt at all that I have lived before incarnating into this life.

I also have some memories I don’t really know where they come from. As a little child, I had memories that were connected to the middle ages … I was a grown-up woman in this dream, and there were things happening to me I have actually not known of at this age …

I also talked with my sister about our past lives when we were little children. Mainly things that I guess were just very cliche, but then again, I wonder whether there was something real about those discussions …

There are various other things I’d want to know more about. Which people I know from past lives, for example … If there are any. I am pretty sure I used to know some of them … And I wonder whether they sort of look like their current lives (if they have some) ...

I am also asking myself how much I’d have to pay for a past life regression … And I am somewhat scared of hypnosis, for you never know who will “help you” remember things. You never know who you will have to trust … Do you have to be hypnotized, by the way? I have seen one show on TV once and they didn’t hypnotize the candidates, and they still remembered a LOT from their past lives …

I am also scared that those people would perform something else on you that you “remember” stuff they are telling you to remember. Hard to explain …

However, I will not give up on this. Maybe I will try to get a book about how to remember past lives … (sigh) If only I knew any good books on that subject …
