well I have been maintaining my diabetes very well. my last doctor visit my a1c was at a 7.1. however it was 8.3 when i just went. I believe that to be kind of good because the doctor did say anything to bad. But i have to get back on track. So I am back to not eating any chips we’ll see how that goes.

I was doing well for a good couple of days because i saw that my sugar levels were not so high anymore. I promised myself that I would only eat one cookie for Christmas and I did. I was so proud of my sugar levels and how good I was doing that I started eating chips again. Not as much as before but I definitely want to cut back a little more on all snacks.
I was doing pretty well maintaining my diabetes in the beginning. I might have gotten overly cocky when the doctor appalled me on how well I was doing and her being lost for words because I started eating sweets that I wasn’t suppose to and sometimes eating food with out covering it with insulin. I haven’t even been a diabetic for a full year yet and I’m already doing bad. However lately I have been trying really hard to get back on track because I know I am killing my self when I am eating out of turn. My A1C level is high and I need to bring it down. This is my life I am gambling with and I refuse to throw it away for a bag a chips, or some holiday cookies. It’s time I take life back and stop being so dumb.
