i’m living in a house with a cat, and i’m deathly allergic to them. my roommate went out and bought an air purifier. this, combined with oral steroids and a nasal allergy spray have helped IMMENSELY.

i can sit in the room with the cat for prolonged periods of time and not be affected. now i’m working on eliminating foods that exacerbate the allergic reactions (dairy, wheat).
