I got a job, today’s my first day. I’ll be hostessing at Chili’s. I don’t know how much I’ll be getting paid probably $7 something. It’ll be enough to get me started :)

If I’m not around people, I’m not happy…

My parents are by absolutely no means bad parents… they’re just too much sometimes. At times they’re more like prison wardens than parents, I know WHY they do it. They want to prevent me from making the same mistakes they did and protect me from the world. I’m turning 18 in a month though and the last thing I need right now is to be shielded from the world. I’m afraid to step into the world, not just because of them but because… well, it’s a scary place. I know I’m not ready yet, but I hope I will be soon.
