Arabian nights like Arabian days – More often than not are hotter than HOT – in a lot of good ways…

I’m going to Dubai and maybe Abu Dhabi for a week in late September! I can’t wait to explore that part of the world for the first time. I hope to go on a desert safari, ride in a hot air balloon at sunrise, see all the fancy sights in Dubai like the Burj al Arab, get some amazing beach time, go to the water park and maybe swim with dolphins, and just whatever else I can! SO EXCITED! :-D

~ China I lived there for one year.
~ Korea I’ve been here for five months and counting.
~ Thailand I spent a week in Bangkok and Phuket.
~ Cambodia I spent about five days in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
~ Philippines I spent three days in Manila.
~ Malaysia I’ve been to Kota Kinabalu three times and Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya once.

In a few months, I’m going to take a week off work and travel to Vietnam, Laos, Japan, and/or Mongolia.

I’m planning to live in Korea another year, but I’d like to travel for a month or two between contracts. However, that requires returning to the U.S. to do the visa stuff all over again and look for a new job. So I don’t know what to do yet. :-/

Also, I really want to go to Europe and I just noticed that I could save a lot with the Eurail Global Youth Pass. But I have to go before I turn 26 and I’m already 23! Yikes!

I am currently living in China for a year. However, soon I will be traveling to Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, and the Philippines! Five weeks of living out of a suitcase, getting lost, trying tons of new foods, perhaps learning a few words of other languages, and exploring! :)
