I have to say I eat pretty healthy compared to other teens, I maybe have pop once a month and treat myself to something like chips or icecream once a week, if that. But, I still could get in better shape. Here’s the plan:
a) Clean up! – in my basement, there is some workout equiptment, ect; but over the years it has become surrounded by christmas decorations. I need to help my dad put up some more shelving so we can finally organize the place.
b) Do alittle bit every day – To start out, I think I’m going to set a goal of 15 – 30 minutes of working out every day, just so I’ll have enough time for homework if I have alot.
c) Bike! – I live pretty close to my city’s core, and there is a bike path a block away from my house that leads to alot of the city. and my friends and I are planning on going for bike rides. Wich I have to say will be pretty fudging fun. Time to get a basket for my bike so I can carry some stuff around with me while I bike :)
