get dual citizenship

back to TO in October. Not taking any chances this time. Shall sit at the photo studio signing pics like some little old lady scratching off lotto tickets at the kiosk until I get a “winner”.

The stupid pen messed up my signature panel… Will have to get new pics when in Montreal. Damn it

but I finally got the official pics taken. Had to go to Canada suddenly for a funeral. Of course they are horrible looking, but at least now I have everything I need to apply. Should be checking this one as done soon!

Now that I’m back from Italy, I’ve got a couple of photographers to check out. Really need to get on this if I want to study/live in Canada!

to get a picture taken. Went to 2 different photo studios at the mall this weekend, but apparently it’s just too complicated to meet the proof of Canadian citizenships picture demands. One guy told me to go to CVS, and as a joke I did. This woman there tried so hard to get it right, that I had to buy the pics even though I knew they weren’t right. I mean, she got posterboard from one aisle for me to hold (you need a signature strip at the bottom), then got out a ruler to measure everything, took several shots,etc. We’re talking at least a 1/2 hours work on photography spent in a pharmacy. With the other clerks yelling questions at me and customers staring. Oh, was I popular that day… At the end I just said thank you a million times, paid my $7.99 and went to show them to my mom so she could have a good laugh at my expense. Will research local photography studios as I really want to get this going before my Italy trip… If not, will just have to wait until my next trip to Canada to get them done…
