I felt like I’d been eating some more fruit than usual and that this would be good for my body. I thought that my body would show improvement. Sadly, I have managed to snag a cold from a friend and I’m getting a cankersore. Bleh.
I’m sitting here watching a celebrity fitness show about how celebs stay healthy and fit. It’s making me feel like I can improve my diet and add excercise to my daily routine.
I feel motivated and crappy all at the same time…. Yuck.
UPDATE: The cold never really took hold so yay! My cankersore is still with me and after a moshpit accident I got a cut on my lip and developed another cankersore. The cut is all healed now but I still have that dang cankersore.
