I felt like I’d been eating some more fruit than usual and that this would be good for my body. I thought that my body would show improvement. Sadly, I have managed to snag a cold from a friend and I’m getting a cankersore. Bleh.

I’m sitting here watching a celebrity fitness show about how celebs stay healthy and fit. It’s making me feel like I can improve my diet and add excercise to my daily routine.

I feel motivated and crappy all at the same time…. Yuck.

UPDATE: The cold never really took hold so yay! My cankersore is still with me and after a moshpit accident I got a cut on my lip and developed another cankersore. The cut is all healed now but I still have that dang cankersore.

Fruit is delicious. It seems to be too difficult to eat regularly for some reason. It goes bad, it’s expensive, it involves some prep. I’ve added orange juice to my diet. That’s been pretty yummy. Currently there isn’t much space in the kitchen or fridge to add a fruit bowl or some kind of fruit location. There isn’t much space for anything in the kitchen really… Darn college housing kitchens…
