The elliptical trainer is my new best friend lol having a shower in the middle of the day and then going back to work feels really weird!

my whole family are doing weight watchers at the moment, can’t really say I’m keen on the idea of being obsessive about the points value of foods, but hey, if I can lose 3lb while still eating chips and sausage sandwiches then it’s all good :oD



Regular exercise 3 years ago

Having not had any dance lessons over the summer, I’m seriously out of shape, I’m so lazy :op didn’t do much other exercise to replace it so I’m really tired after my lessons at the moment.

So I need to do some extra cardio to work back up to where I was and go beyond that level of fitness as well. I’ve dug out my mini stepper thingy and am going to start doing 10 minutes per day on that and gradually build it up.

4b! Just cut out the junk and making sure I have breakfast and drink enough water. Didn’t have any coffee today though so now I have a caffeine-withdrawl-induced headache uuurk :oS

The pounds have crept on over the summer while I haven’t had my dance lessons and I’m now only 10lb lighter than my heaviest ever weight!
This needs serious action NOW, there’s no way I’m getting back up to what I was before

well, having piled on the pounds again, I’m dieting with my mum which should help keep me on the straight and narrow a bit better
