I joined in October of 2005 and have lost 35 pounds. That’s not as much as some people have been losing, but I had to completely change my lifestyle which I’ve done for the better and the pounds keep coming off.

I went to another location and it was a LOT better. It was bigger, the people were nicer, and I really liked it. I got the motivation I needed. I may need to go twice a week because it runs out after the weekend.
So I went to the meeting and they wanted me to sign up before even listening to a meeting. I got to sit in, but if I didn’t sign up, I was told I had to leave. How rude!
The meeting was interesting, led by an energetic person, but there was so much talking when she was trying to talk. If those rude fat chicks had a job, they wouldn’t be so fat and would learn about respect.
When you do sign up, they throw a lot of reading material at you, give you a 15-minute introduction sessions and that was it. And the lady mentioned more than once she wanted to hurry things up so she could go home and watch TV.
They don’t want to discuss a plan with you until you lose 10% of your current. Well, if I could do that on my own, I wouldn’t be at Weight Watchers.
Anyway, I’m still going for it, but WW had better do a better job of earning new members. I didn’t feel welcome. No one even asked my name.
