obviously im here because i have no self control or very little of it. i have Bipolar Disorder and its very hard to have control over my emotions because of it. i just need advice on how to help control things such as emotions or eating too much ect.

if anyone has any advice for me .. please share because ive been trying and idk if its me (probly is).
