so much of it is in my mind. there is, without question, external stress, but when i realize that much of what i do is not important in the “big picture” of my life, it takes alot off.
in regards to dealing with it more physically, ive been trying to breathe instead of smoke in moments of stress. ive also been making lists of things that have to get done. im really looking forward to this summer, and perhaps will be able to go for a run on days when i feel particularly stressed out. also, keeping to a writing schedule to finish this degree will help immensely.
