I managed to get 25 tonight, but now the hardest thing to do is to start kicking myself in the ass when I slack off and don’t do any.

But now I need a new exercise goal, and I want it to be really good.

I moved myself up to twenty tonight because I was mad that I didn’t do a single pull up for two weeks over spring break, and it feels good! A week or two more and I bet I’ll be able to get 25 easy.

I can do 15, but it’s hard. So:

  • 15 per night NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • until it’s easy, then update goal and do more.
