move to Portland Oregon

my 1 month anniversary here in Portland. I finally arrived on June 19th. I managed to land a great job and I love it here so far.

My official moving day is June 12th and I’m so excited I can barely stand it!

After much contemplation, I have decided that I will be moving to Portland in June of this year. I should have a month’s worth of expenses saved up by then, so I’m just going to bite the bullet and do it! Driving across the country with 2 cats is going to be tons of fun!!

I need to get out of Baltimore and it can’t be soon enough. I’ve had no luck finding a job by doing the long distance search thing, so I’m just going to save up enough to live off for a few months, move out to Portland and hope for the best.
