It’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve had caffeine and I think it’s out of my system for good. I’m sleeping much better and I’m not so sluggish throughout the day. Definitely worth doing if you can deal with the withdrawal symptoms.

I’ve been off of caffeine for about a week (but to be fair, I am still drinking a cup of green tea per day) and by far the worse withdrawal symptom is the headaches. Hopefully by next week I’ll be over that part.
