losing weight

it’s not that I have a weight problem or eating disorder. i just woke up one day around 30 and realized it’d be good for me to lose 15 pounds. I walk about 3 miles every Sunday, but I’m not sure that’s gonna cut it, I think that I may need to step it up a bit.
