This really works but is definitely something you must consciously think about every single day. I have lost about 8-10 pounds! I feel so much more energetic and am a size smaller. All good stuff and really, really worth it. Since you eat when you feel hungry you never feel like you are on a diet! Also, if you happen to overeat (especially at breakfast or lunch) you can usually rebalance your day by eating very little for dinner or skipping it altogether since you aren’t hungry.
