i’ve been walking a lot lately!
i’m at my lowest in awhile.
Today I ran a mile with my sister and dad, GO ME!!
I can actually do 25 push ups in a row without getting tired! Thanks to Mr. Zang, my gym teacher, I can do them right! YAY FOR ME!! I’m one of a few girls in my gym class that can do them right :-)
I just did it & plan on doing it everyday. It includes: jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, and some stretches :-) It feels nice to do!
Still no process. Since I’m doing nothing, I need to atleast take a walk everyday. If possible, exercise 30mins a day!
whenever we have to run i get tired too easily, that is why i need to get in shape to tough it up! so it doesnt hurt so much
