It’s so sunny outside, and I’m at school wondering…Why is this taking so long?
Almost sixteen years of routine. It’s true that school is great because it prepares our future, but it seems to me that the educating system has stopped in time. School is boring most of the time, and it’s not motivating. Isn’t it wrong? Isn’t school supposed to make us WANT to learn, and not always feel like we HAVE to learn, study, pratice, be evaluated… I’ve always had fun learning new things. To me, it was always interesting. But school brought us to a certain point where all we do is forced, mendatory. Rare are those student that work because they feel like it, and even more rare are those who are actually volontary to do more than what was asked. This is not the way educating is supposed to go, is it? Today’s educating mentallity is completely nonsens, incomprehensible. What’s the use of forcing students to work? Those who don’t want to, just won’t ever, no matter what educators do. And the more educators force them, more the lazy students won’t want to work. And when that happens the applicated students will feel more and more pressured, thinking that what the teachers say concerns them. In general, teachers have the habit to get mad at the whole class, when few of them are responsible for the mess and disorder. They blame all student for something that doesn’t praticularly concern others. In plus, their only reference to juge a student is from what they see, and the vision is not a strong enough instrument to make a opinion. It hurts to realize that some refuse to see efforts we do, and that they only see our mistakes. To me, school is the center of injustice. And I simply just can’t tolerate that. I can’t wait untill I’m out.
