RIGHT! my first REAL day of detoxing starts today!
i ‘started’ on friday at work, and did really well all day long with all the fresh foods and water etc…and then i got home… and ate some ice cream. and crisps. and crackers.
oops!
so then! i started again yesterday…
...and i ended up drinking a coffee…....
oops!
BUT
TODAY IS THE DAY
im doing so so well! (its been 7 hours since i woke up, and we got loads of free food at work today, like deep fried chicken, camenbert cheese and dips.. and i didnt touch a single piece!)
i think its just taken me a couple of days to get used to not being able to eat biscuits and drink coffee (im a self-confessed biscuitaholic, so this should be interesting)
im going with the whole fresh fruit and veg option, green tea, fresh lemon water, fish and nuts etc
i dunno why ive been finding it so hard the past couple of days! its actually a really nice change, i think the biggest obstacle is not drinking bottled (sugary) juices and coffee because i get them for free at work (i work in a pub.. so free chips and wedges are also going to be hard to resist, they taste so damn good!!! i get fizzy drinks for free too.. but i dont really drink them anyways. i also get free alcohol. i work in the worst detox place ever!!!!)
but yeah, fingers crossed!
i really want more energy and lovely skin, and everyone lately has been telling me i look like crap (no lie! they really have!!)
im gonna keep posting my progress on here as i think its going to help me stick to my detox and not end up eating ice cream and crisps
i also told everyone at work about my detox so they can keep an eye on what im consuming
oh! my mum went shopping today btw.. and got not only lots of lovely fruit and veg.. BUT LOTS OF BISCUITS AND CRISPS!!

i’l just sniff them or something and hopefully that should satisfy my cravings
im not really sure how long i want to do this for.. i’l start it off as a week, and see how i feel! might even stretch it to two weeks
