learn how to play guitar

So I’ve finally started taking lessons and it’s great and sucks at the same time because it feels like the week flys by and that I got nothing accomplished! My issue is practicing. If I’d sit and do it I’d be fine. So in attempt to help me practice, there was a newpaper with a picture of zack braffs face, and the guy teching me writes the cords I’m learning on each side of his face. And I add a speech bubble coming from his mouth “remember to practice”. It may help gazing at a hottie like zack braff.

I suck. I haven’t even looked at my gutair.

So I bought a guitar and a book (which sucks!), I barrowed a tuner, and even am renting guitar 101 from blockbuster. and still I footsie with playing the thing! I’ve always wanted to play I even took a class once. I think I need a good kick in the @ss. I’m going to start learning one song and playing cords, that way I feel like I’m acomplishing something.
